At Eurostyleshop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at sakisaruwa@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
